Wild Growth Hair Oil Review – Does it Work?

Many people, including myself, have tried various hair growth products and seen little or no results. There are many products available on the market that claim to speed up the natural hair growth process, reversing the effects of hair loss. But how many of these products really work?

I started this site to document my quest for healthy and full hair after a period of sudden and rapid hair loss. On this journey, I tried many different hair growth products - in this review I will look at a product called "Wild Growth Hair Oil".

I used Wild Growth Hair Oil daily, for 30 days - a period of time that I had heard was enough to determine if the product was effective or not. The manufacturer claims that Wild Growth Hair Oil can speed up the hair growth process, reduce breakage, prevent split ends, and makes hair softer and thicker.

The company also claims that Wild Growth Hair Oil is safe to use on eyelashes and eyebrows, since most of the ingredients are natural. However, as these are sensitive areas, I would not recommend doing that without consulting a medical professional.

Another claim made by the manufacturer is that the product can regrow hair on bald patches. I do not have a bald spot, so I cannot honestly say if this product is effective in that area or not - if you are looking to regrow hair on a bald spot, other reviews will probably be more helpful to you!

My Wild Growth Hair Oil Review is based on my personal experience - remember that results of any product may vary!

What Is Wild Growth Hair Oil?

Wild Growth Hair Oil is a hair growth product comprised of natural ingredients that are supposed to work together to promote hair growth. The manufacturer claims that it can also detangle hair and decrease the time it takes to blow-dry it.

I began with a weekly application and gradually progressed to three times a week within the month that I used the product. After each use, I blow-dried my hair. I have a thick mane of hair, and did not notice any change in the blow-drying time despite the manufacturer's claims.

One thing that I did notice after using Wild Growth Hair Oil was an oily texture in my hair which lasted until I rewashed it. When I first noticed this, I didn't pay too much attention to it, but after several applications the oil began to build up until it was noticeable to others. One of my co-workers even mentioned that my hair looked different, which was embarrassing!

  • Detangles hair
  • Gives hair a shiny texture
  • Contains natural ingredients
  • Softens ends
  • Is easy to use
  • Is affordable

I must admit that most of the benefits that the manufacturer claims Wild Growth Hair Oil provides, I did not notice. After a month of using Wild Growth Hair Oil, I noticed no difference in the growth of my hair - and I cannot stress enough that I followed the directions provided by the manufacturer to a tee! This is not to say that it won't work for other people who suffer from hair loss, but it didn't work for me.

Wild Growth Hair Oil does straighten and relax hair and control frizz, but only because it weighs it down with so many different types of oil (from coconuts, olives, and eucalyptus).

Like all hair growth products, Wild Growth Hair Oil has both advantages and disadvantages - in this case, the disadvantages were more notable. Improvements were minimal, while problems were plentiful. The cons include:

  • The product leaves an oily texture in hair even after washing
  • It does not decrease the blow-drying time
  • It does not reduce split ends
  • I noted no increase in hair growth
  • The scent can be off-putting
  • Customer reviews are mixed

Wild Growth Hair Oil may work better for you than it did for me. If you do decide to invest in this product, I would recommend following the manufacturer's instructions exactly - start with a weekly application, and gradually increase to three times a week within 30 days.

If you experience an oily buildup, you may want to decrease the amount of oil you apply. Wild Growth Hair Oil claims to contain peppermint, which is known for its menthol-like aroma. Unfortunately, this aroma is overpowered by scents of all of the other ingredients, many of which smell significantly less pleasant.

Wild Growth Hair Oil Ingredients

Unlike other hair growth products, Wild Growth Hair Oil doesn't contain many clinically-proven ingredients, and the packaging has no dosage information on any ingredient.

Wild Growth Hair Oil contains coconut oil (1), olive oil (2), cocoa (3), mushroom extracts (4), peppermint, grapefruit, and geranium. Sadly, the product seems to be nothing more than a mixture of oils and essential oils (5), with nothing that stands out and confirms that it is going to help with hair growth specifically. The oils can potentially help increase the secretion of sebum and provide stimulation to the hair follicles, but this is not proven.

How To Use Wild Growth Hair Oil

You may be confused by the instructions on the bottle, as they aren't very helpful! Before using it, you need to shake it up thoroughly. Once you've done that, you can spray it onto the hair and scalp.

You should apply a light coat on the hair and scalp, and leave the oil drops in your hair - there is no need to rinse or shampoo your hair afterwards. Although this makes it easier to use, this is what causes the problem of oily, greasy hair!

The instructions recommend that the oil should be used sparingly at first (once a week) and then gradually more frequently (three times a week by the end of the first month, and then maintaining that afterwards for as long as needed). These instructions are confusing, and may make things difficult!

The manufacturer claims that you'll be able to notice results daily, but this will not necessarily be the case.

My Wild Growth Results

I have been dealing with hair loss for many months. My hair has become very brittle, and falls out at random. This is a serious problem for me, and it is something I've attempted to remedy as quickly as possible!

Some hair growth products have shown positive results for me, but the results of Wild Growth Hair Oil were dismal! I didn't notice any horrible side effects, itchy scalp, or additional hair loss - however, it did not help either. I didn't notice any hair growth at all, which was seriously disappointing.

I couldn't stand the scent personally, and on top of that, the oil is very greasy and noticeable for a long time after use. This product might work for some people, but not for me. On the positive side, it is cheap, but I suspect for a good reason.

Mixed reviews on Amazon

On reading other online reviews of Wild Growth Hair Oil, I discovered mixed reviews. Although some people love it, many do not recommend it at all.

Some users say that it indeed works for hair loss, and saw results within a month. They also report that the product made their hair healthier, while also preventing tangles. However, some of these customers also admit that it has a strong scent that is difficult to tolerate.

This customer claims Wild Growth Hair Oil Made Her Hair Loss Worse

Sadly, there are quite a lot of 1-star reviews. One startling revelation is the fact that some users even claim it caused their hair to start thinning after a month of use! That said, it is probably best to stay away from this product, as although it may help some people, it has disappointed more.

Where To Buy Wild Growth Hair Oil?

One of the best things about Wild Growth Oil is the fact that you can find it almost everywhere - from major retailers to directly from the company itself. Another positive to note is the inexpensive price, which means that you'll be able to experiment with it without needing to spend too much. On the company's website, you can buy one bottle for $10.99, which is almost as cheap as Plantur 39, another extremely popular hair growth product.

If you're willing to spend a little more, you can buy the Complete Max Growth Protection System. This will give you two bottles; a bottle of Wild Growth Hair Oil and one of Wild Growth Light Oil Moisturizer. Utilizing them both together is the best way to obtain the optimum results. This combination costs only $21.98.

If you're looking to spend less, there are products at Walmart and Amazon that seem to work just as well. You can also buy Wild Growth Hair Oil on Amazon for less than $4 with shipping. Either way, you can guarantee that you won't break the bank!

Wild Growth Hair Oil Side Effects

Before using any hair growth product, you should be aware of potential adverse side effects. Thankfully, I didn't experience any terrible side effects with Wild Growth Hair Oil, however, others have reported hair loss, thinning hair, and even bald spots!

Everyone is different, so you have to be cautious when trying a new product. There is a real possibility that you may experience negative side effects from Wild Growth Hair Oil, so it may be best to avoid this product for this purpose.

When it comes down to it, Wild Growth Hair Oil is not a scam - there are far worse products out there, and Wild Growth Hair Oil can provide some good results. On top of that, it is inexpensive.

Using the product for significantly longer than a month may well provide better results, although I imagine that these results will still be limited based on my experience.

If you're looking for a better alternative, I would recommend you check out a supplement called Folexin. Of all the hair growth products that I tried on my journey towards satisfying hair growth, Folexin was the most effective.

It may be worth trying Wild Growth Hair Oil if you have very little money to spend, but otherwise you should probably avoid the hassle and buy Folexin supplements. Folexin provided me with much better results in a shorter period of time.

I hope that this Wild Growth Hair Oil review was useful to you!
