Procerin Review – Did it help my Husband?

Procerin-Thumbnail

After reviewing several female hair loss and hair growth products, I decided to be a different today and, as such will be reviewing Procerin, a male hair loss product that my husband Jack has been using over last few weeks. My husband has been suffering from male pattern baldness, also known as male pattern hair loss for quite some time now.
After trying several hair loss products, he decided to try Procerin, which is one of the best hair loss products for men. In this Procerin Review, I’ll consider all the aspects related to Procerin such as it’s ingredients, price, customer reviews, and my husband’s experience with this product to see if it’s a genuine product of another hair loss scam.

What Is Procerin?

Procerin is a hair loss solution developed for men who are losing hair due to male pattern baldness. It uses a 4-pronged approach which involves blocking DHT (1), revitalizing hair follicles, stimulate new hair growth, and maintain scalp health. Procerin consists of two separate elements of dietary supplement pills and scalp foam, which the company advises to take together for maximum benefit.

Procerin uses clinically proven ingredients that block DHT production. DHT is a naturally occurring hormone found in human bodies, which is among the leading causes of hair loss in men. A vast majority of men suffering from hair loss have high levels of DHT in their scalp (2).

DHT is primarily a byproduct of testosterone, which is otherwise harmful. Male hair loss results from the conversion of testosterone into DHT in the scalp which then miniaturizes the hair follicles, leading to male pattern baldness. By blocking DHT, Procerin not only stops hair loss but also stimulates new hair growth. It also doesn’t react with testosterone, unlike other products that are marketed as reducing the levels of DHT in the scalp.

Most often, these products react with testosterone and affect male sexual health and libido (3). Procerin doesn't have many known side effects and also doesn’t affect sexual health in men (4), as is the case with several other male hair loss products. The company behind Procerin claims that almost 94% of people agree that Procerin slows hair loss.

A bottle of Procerin pills is available for $26.95, while you’ll need to shell out $36.95 for a bottle of their scalp foam, both of which last for a month. One can save significantly by buying these in combo packs as a bottle of pills when bought together with the scalp foam costs only $49.99 resulting in savings of $13.9.

Procerin Side Effects

Procerin is a 100% natural product, so there is a low chance of any side effects. There are no known severe side effects reported by past users. Although, a small number of users complain of getting an upset stomach after using Procerin, which is quite reasonable as our body needs some time to adapt to any new dietary supplement. In most cases, these minor stomach issues go away after a few days.

My Husbands Experience Using Procerin

My husband has been suffering from hair loss for the last several years and has tried several hair loss and hair rejuvenation products to stop his frontal hairline and thinning hair. After seeing mediocre results with other products, he decided to try Procerin after reading several positive reviews from past customers who have used Procerin.

To maximize his chances, he decided to use the Procerin pills alongside the Scalp Therapy Foam as recommended by the company. Initially, he found the pills difficult to swallow but got used to it after a few days. The scalp foam smelled nice and didn’t leave his hair greasy like some other shampoos which he has used in the past. He used to take 2 pills a day and apply the foam every second day when washing his hair. He used both the products for almost 4 months and said that he didn’t feel any new hair growth. But I could see that his hair has gotten a lot thicker and stronger in these few months.

Although to be fair, his hairline didn’t reverse as he was expecting. The thickness and length of his hair are making it appear his hairline has reversed to some extent. He mentioned that now less of his hairs are falling, which is a sign that Procerin has been effective in stopping hair loss.

Procerin Vs. Rogaine

Rogaine is another popular product for men suffering from hair loss, and many users compare Procerin with Rogaine. Both the products are excellent, although Rogaine doesn’t contain natural ingredients like Procerin. Rogaine comes only in the form of scalp foam or liquid solution as the company doesn’t provide its product in the form of digestible pills.

Procerin costs $26.95 while Rogaine is priced at $27.49. Both differ significantly from each other in terms of ingredients, effects, and time needed for results. Rogaine users say that one should use the product for at least 4 months to see any results, while those who have used Procerin claim to see results as soon as after 1 or 2 months.

Users have also reported some severe side effects of Rogaine, such as accelerated hair loss or thinning of hair.

Although only 2%-3% of users suffer such severe side effects after using Rogaine, in case of Procerin we haven’t come across any such reports of severe side effects.

Procerin Reviews

Most users have left positive reviews of Procerin on Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces. Chad Traver says that his hairs are growing back after taking Procerin pills with Scalp Foam. While Carl says that he has been using Procerin for last 10 years, and his thinning stopped immediately after he started taking Procerin, and his hairs are still in good shape despite the passage of time.

Allan J Rood mentions that he has twice the hairs as his brother has thanks to Procerin, and his brother in law also slowed the hair loss after using Procerin. He has been using Procerin for last 10 years and would recommend it to anyone suffering from hair loss.

Conclusion

In my opinion, Procerin is not a scam and is a genuine hair loss product, which is quite effective in slowing and reversing the effects of male pattern baldness. My husband has been suffering from hair loss for several years and would always worry about his receding hairline until he started using Procerin a few months ago.

Like any other hair loss product, this may not work for everyone. Still, it worked in the case of my husband, and several others claim to have benefitted tremendously after using Procerin. The ingredients used in Procerin are known to help with hair loss but can’t be classified as strong ones as there are several other products in the market which use even stronger ingredients.

Perhaps this is the reason why Procerin doesn’t work for everyone, as some people may be able to slow hair loss only with strong ingredients. I’d recommend this product to any man suffering from male pattern baldness as it has one of the best combinations of effective ingredients, no side effects, and affordable price.

Hair loss is a complex process, and it takes time even to slow it as you have to change your internal biochemistry effectively. Procerin can help you block DHT and rejuvenate your hair follicles, but you must be patient and shouldn’t expect instant results as no hair loss product can give you immediate results.

You should take Procerin pills with the Scalp Foam for maximum benefit as the company claims that these products work best when taken together. You can expect to see results after using Procerin for 3-4 months, although time may vary as some users may see early results, while others may have to wait even longer.
