Lush hair is a must have for people all over the world. After all, lank, dull hair can add years to your face and doesn’t cooperate when you try to style it. Your diet plays a big part in the condition of your hair, but what if there was a supplement that could help? By closing the gaps on any nutrient deficiencies you might have, you can boost hair growth and create shiny, healthy locks that you’ll love seeing in the mirror every day.

My hair hasn’t been great since I started suffering with Hair Loss, it took a knock on my self confidence and so I was excited to come across Hairfluence all natural hair growth from zhou nutrition. I have tested it out for the last month and am going to share my experience with you today in this Hairfluence Review.

Hairfluence Ingredients

The right ingredients in your hair care routine can make a huge difference to the look and feel of your head of hair. Choosing those that encourage growth and health are one reason to try Hairfluence with its natural collection of vitamins and minerals that promote strong, shiny hair. While getting these nutrients through food is the optimal way to take care of your hair, adding this supplement is an easy way to cover your bases and be sure you’re getting enough of each.

The ingredients and their uses/benefits are:

  • Biotin is one of many B vitamins and plays a role in strong hair and increased hair growth. Biotin deficiencies have been linked to hair loss. (1)
  • Bamboo extract is high in silica, which helps strengthen and thicken each strand of your hair. (2)
  • Collagen is vital for your hair as it is a protein that protects each strand from breakage by making it healthy and strong. (3)
  • Methylsulfonylmethane has been shown in some research to help encourage growing hair by treating hair loss and creating thick, sturdy strands. (4)
  • Keratin is the protein that hair is made from which makes it an ideal ingredient for treating dry, damaged hair. (5) Ultrax Shampoo also has keratin.
  • Vitamin C works to help your body absorb iron which is necessary for proper hair growth. It also helps protect your hair from free radical damage and fights of aging. (6)
  • Folic acid is another B vitamin that is responsible for healthy growth of cells, which means it can also play a role in helping regrow your hair. (7)
  • Vitamin B12 plays a role in hair cell growth so a B12 deficiency can lead to unhealthy hair and hair loss. (8)
  • Vitamin A helps your scalp produce sebum, the natural oils that keep each strand hydrated and healthy. (9)
  • Vitamin D3 encourages the growth of hair follicles, which in turn means thicker and stronger hair, starting right at the root. (10)
  • Thiamine aids in hair growth and a deficiency can lead to hair loss. (11)

How to Use Hairfluence

Using the Hairfluence product is very easy so incorporating it into my usual hair care routine wasn’t hard. You can use my tips for getting your own healthy head of hair. It’s as easy as taking two of the Hairfluence capsules each day.

I took my dose each morning with my usual daily multivitamin, swallowed with a glass of water, and in just a few days I started to see some results, though not to the extent I expected.

For the best results, take the hair loss supplements every day for 30 days or longer to create a lush head of hair that is both stronger and more luxurious. And of course, combine Hairfluence with other healthy choices for your hair. That includes regular washing and conditioning, combing and brushing gently, and using a hair mask a couple of times each month.

Hairfluence Pros

There are lots of positives about using the Hairfluence product that you won’t be able to refute. With a healthy 500mcg of biotin and 50 mg of keratin, the capsules will add strength and hydration to each strand of your hair. It’s also packed with a range of other natural ingredients that your hair needs to look and feel its best.

This product is a simple way to cover the gaps in any nutritional deficiencies you might have so that your hair doesn't have to pay the price. The vitamin B12 content makes this a good choice for people who follow a vegetarian diet.

The capsules are super easy to include your daily routine and help you meet nutritional needs that you might not be getting from your food. High quality ingredients round out the list of positives.

Hairfluence Cons

Despite all of the pros that you can benefit from when using Hairfluence, there are some drawbacks and it might not be the right choice for everyone.

The product can cause health problems if taken in doses larger than those recommended and is not suggested for pregnant or nursing mothers. It’s also not designed for people under 18 years of age or those with health problems.

It’s always best to talk over taking any kind of supplement like this with your doctor before starting, especially if you have any diseases or you take other supplements and medications.

This product doesn't contain caffeine which from personal experience is a beneficial ingredient for hair loss. If you want a shampoo with caffeine I would recommend checking this review I wrote recently for a product called Plantur 39.

Hairfluence Reviews

Currently in 2019 on Amazon, Hairfluence thousands of reviews from customers. A whopping majority of these reviews are positive! They credit Hairfluence with helping their hair loss. On the flipside, many of the reviews for Hairfluence are 1-star.

Some of the reviews I read on forums and other ecommerce stores mentioned that after using Hairfluence they suffered acne breakouts, stomach issues and brittle nails. Thankfully these reviews are quite rare. Still something to keep in mind though. Let's take a deeper look at the Side Effects.

Hairfluence Side Effects

I have been using my Hairfluence for several weeks now and haven’t noticed any side effects, though I knew they were possible. However, other users have reported them and it pays to be aware of what you could experience.

Side effects range from minor to severe and include nausea, upset stomach, and diarrhea. Other reported side effects include headaches, skin rashes, acne, dandruff, and itchiness. Some people also noticed that the product caused darkening of the skin and in some cases even resulted in hair loss.

People with allergies to any of the ingredients may also notice reactions if they use it. If you notice any of these side effects, discontinue use and speak to your doctor.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Hairfluence is a good value for the money, if used as recommended.

While it does contain a host of natural ingredients that are important for hair growth, it is missing some that you may be able to find in shampoo or other supplements, so keep that in mind when you add it to your routine.

During my time using Hairfluence all natural hair growth from zhou nutrition, I did not notice any results in terms of my thinning hair and hair loss, though I did feel great about adding some important nutrients to my body. Perhaps longer use may provide the results I am looking for.
